Announcement: Swann Foundation Accepting Fellowship Applications

The Swann Foundation for Caricature and Cartoon, administered by the Library of Congress is accepting applications for its graduate fellowship, one of the few in the field, for the 2013-2014 academic year. Deadline for receipt of applications is February 15, 2013.
